Complex gas treatment plant

We have successfully completed the development of a working design for the installation of a complex gas treatment plant (CGTP). The design includes the following components and elements:

  1. Main process parameters:
  • CGTP productivity for raw gas 1,053 mln.nm3/day (at Т=0 ºС, Р= 0,1013МPа).
  • Gas pressure at CGTP inlet: 5,2 … 7,6 МPа.
  • Designed inlet pressure: 10 МPа
  • Gas temperature at CGTP inlet: minus 8,8 ºС…+40 ºС.

2. CGTP production:

  • Treated and dried gas in main gas line – 35920 nm3/hour (287,36 mln.nm3/year).
  • Stable gas condensate – 1354 kg/hour (10,832 thous. t/year).
  • Technical propane-butane – 6842 kg/hour (57,74 thous. t/year)
  • Sulphur lumps – 3262,75 kg/hour (26102 t/year).

  • Low-temperature gas separation unit (LTGSU).
